When is rent due and how do I pay it?

Rent is due on the first of each month. Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar.

How can I submit a maintenance request?

Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket.

How do I schedule a tour?

Contact us at (208) 357-8470 or fill out the contact form to schedule a tour!

What are your office hours?

We are available by phone Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Our leasing office in building 5 is open Monday-Friday (closed Tuesdays) from 2:15 pm – 6:00 pm.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, utilities, including water, sewer, trash, gas, and internet are $80 per month.
